Humpback Whale (Baleen Whale)

The little hump in the picture is where they get their name. The whale seems small, but one must remember that the hump is at the very back of the whale which is thin and skinny. Under the surface there is another 40 ft. of whale. The whales were swimming together and playing. They would wave their giant white fins out of the water to say hello!
